The Causes of Knee Pain
The knees support our body weight when we are standing or moving and play an integral role in cushioning while they actively participate in each leg movement such as walking, fluctuation stairs, running, jumping and swimming.
The common causes of knee’s pain any rotation or sideways movements, can result in causing injury or rupture the links.
